Ben founded Wellstone Insurance in 2004. Prior to Wellstone he held Executive management positions with some of the world’s largest insurance carriers and brokers including Aetna, The Hartford, and USI, in addition to technology providers JWP Information Systems and Insurity. In 2000, Ben helped to start an e-Marketplace for insurance software and services called ClaimPlace. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and a Certified Insurance Counselor. Ben has been engaged with the CyberRisk market for many years. Ben is active as a volunteer with various non-profits and lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with his wife. They have three grown children.
